02 - The Roadmap
Within 1-2 weeks, we map a strategy and implementation plan that effectively diagnoses and treats the issues that are holding your business back from achieving its full profitability and potential. We return on-site during this stage to dive deeper into certain areas of opportunity to ensure no stone is left unturned.
03 - The Transformation
Over the final 2 weeks, we will work with you and your team to implement the strategy across the business, identify the key metrics that will track success, and design the tools that will monitor those metrics to ensure long-term change adoption. After that, you decide how involved we remain in supporting the future growth of the business.
