Duncliff Advisors was founded by Mike Teri, a senior Business Development executive at the largest private corporation in the United States. As a real estate and hospitality entrepreneur and a former engineer, Mike took the “do-it-all-yourself” path many times, realizing years later how much time and profit was wasted by learning instead of outsourcing. As the saying goes, “your network is your net worth”, so Mike got to work becoming the business advisor he wish he had hired for his small business a decade earlier. Then he built a bench of specialists to provide deep, 360° business transformation support mappable to any industry.

Mike brings a highly technical perspective to the art of business, striking a curated balance of data-driven decision making, franchise-minded process definition, and acute customer focus to execute on the unique visions of seasoned business owners.  Mike knows what it’s like to do the books at midnight after a twelve-hour shift — and to be suspicious of anyone who arrives with a laptop and a buzzword claiming to have a one-size-fits-all cure for his business.
